We want to thank Everyone one for coming out and making our Grand Opening a huge success!!!!

We meet allot of very cool people from all over.... Buffalo, Lockport, Rochester, NY and Cleveland, The Mayor of Springville came by to say hello and see the show.

It got so busy that I didn't get to take allot of pictures, So if anyone that was there took pics please send them to info@vanoverfinearts.com.

I want to thank Derek for being part of the grand opening show, his artwork is amazing! To my friends Randy and Spodee from Cleveland that drove up and helped get the space finished.

The show is up until Dec. 5, 2010 VANOVER FINE ARTS hours are Friday /Sat. 10-5pm and Sun. 12-5pm. We are also available for appointments during the week. Please contact us a info@vanoverfinearts.com to schedule an appointment.

Today is the day! Art work is hung, Derek is in town... all we need is you! 6pm tonight Nov 6th kicks off

We are Downtown Springville no where near Wallymart... if you get off the 219 turn left on to 39 ( main street) at the bottom of the Springville exit drive straight thru the first intersection. We are about a 1/2 mile down
on the Right side directly across from True Value Hardware.
There is a huge parking lot behind the building which you can get to from North Buffalo Street( before the VFA at the intersection by the vets) or Pearl street ( after the furniture store) both are right turns.

We are busy here finishing up the Gallery and the artwork is being framed, it is kinda feeling like Christmas is coming in November. Make sure you have it marked down on the calendar, you won't want to miss this show. Saturday, Nov.6th 6-9pm VANOVER FINE ARTS + DEREK HESS = Grand Opening Artist Reception "OF FISH AND FOWL".

For those who don't know Derek's work, it starting in the early 90's with the Rock Posters for shows at the infamous Euclid Tavern, Cleveland, OH with bands like Mule, Jesus Lizard, The Cows, Reverend Horton Heat...... and many others, the popularity of the posters grew. Derek began doing posters for the Ramones, White Zombie, Pearl Jam, and Godsmack to name a few. Derek has shown around the world with pieces in the permanent collections at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Louvre, Paris. He's been on Fuel TV and more recent LA Ink.
